You make it free, power a DJ booth (well done KPFK) and invite artist submissions from every corner of downtown Los Angeles. With content ranging from anonymous street posters to world famous brand-masterminds like ObeyGiant, the show was unprecedented in it’s anti-war effort. L.A. vs War pronounced an unwavering disapproval of the war in Iraq and engaged a classic über-artsy L.A. crowd with a series of screen prints and tagged-up murals by the largest collaborative of the city’s elite design heads in the history of Los Angeles.
